تم توقيع اتفاقية ثنائية ضمن  برنامج إيراسموس+ بين جامعة Mardin Artuklu في تركيا وجامعة برج بوعريريج. تشمل الاتفاقية تبادل الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس. قريبا، سيتم تحديد معايير اختيار الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالإضافة إلى الجدول الزمني للتنقلات.

Bilateral Agreement has been signed between Mardin Artuklu University in Turkey and Bordj Bou Arreridj University. The agreement covers student and staff mobilities. Soon, the criteria for the selection of students and staff, as well as the calendar, will be determined.
